Fill out your medical history and consent forms before your appointment. This ensures your consultation is focused, thorough, and tailored to your needs.
Step 3 — Meet One-on-One with Melanie
During your secure video visit, you’ll meet with Melanie Boggs, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of clinical experience. Together, you’ll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and address any questions. This comprehensive assessment ensures any recommendations or prescriptions are safe, appropriate, and individualized.

If Melanie determines you’re a candidate for therapy, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan.

Step 6 — Optional Advanced Lab Testing
You and Melanie may decide to include additional lab testing—such as food sensitivity testing—to create a nutrition plan tailored to your body’s unique needs. This can be especially helpful if you reach a plateau or want to further optimize your results.
